Ingredients

4 slices american bacon roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 pc small white onion, chopped
1/4 tbsp bell peppers, chopped
6 pcs eggs
1/4 cup Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated cheese

Cooking Method

Preheat the oven or air-fryer to 180C.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Pour into a greased 8×8 rectangular baking dish or any dish that would fit in your air-fryer, if using an air-fryer.
Bake the quiche in the oven or air-fryer for 20-30 minutes, until the quiche has a slight jiggle to it. The eggs will continue to cook after you take it out of the oven.
Serve on its own or with a salad and a slice of bread.
